2018-2020Product: Design, source and manage cut & sew of collection (s). Mens shirts, pants, jackets, fleece tops and screen printed t-shirts.
Process: Source material and trims both domestically and globally. Sourced cutting & sewing services for development & production. Scouted location for soft launch pop-up and created visual environment that reflected SBR aesthetic. Built out and marketed website for direct to consumer retail platform.
Experimenting with texture: Tyvek label with print and embroidery. A departure from the classic woven label on the 1st collection (right). Mens shirt made with Japanese pebbled fabric and custom dyed oversized buttons (bottom left).

Product Development, Production & Sourcing Manager
2007-2017Product: Mens & Womens Knit’s, Childrenswear, Bed & Bath and Accessories.
People: Manage a team of 30 direct reports made up of screen printing, sewing, quality control and production support. Work in alignment with creative director, design & merchandise planning from brief to market.
Process: Establish needs during development, source new suppliers when needed, schedule and manage prototypes, duplicates, size runs and salesman samples. Coordinate with production assistant to ensure all demand in ERP system is scheduled and on time. New item creation in ERP system.

Process: Work closely with design team to manage development of collections. Sourced trim suppliers and factories for cut & sew. Create tech packs for all new items.
